Sky glass tv

Hi, nice I have paid my contract up with sky for there sky glass what happens to the tv? Do I have to keep it or can I sell it back to them because I don't want to keep it as a tv because it's been rubbish since the day I got it! Worst thing I done was switch from a skyQ to this streaming rubbish

If within the first 31 days of the contract you should be able to return it. Otherwise the TV is yours to do what you want with. If you didn't pay for it upfront and are paying via a credit agreement this still has to be paid off.

What issues have you been having with the TV, members of this community may be able to advise to help improve things.

@Graeme84 If its setup via ethernet cable its worth ensureing the Wifi is disabled in the Glass network settings as well. Also i'd recommended setting networked standby mode to ON, and you may also wish to disable the overnight powersaving mode in the settings as well.

Re: Sky glass tv

Doesn't Network Standby mode only apply to WiFi?
