Got my glass gen 2 65" delivered Saturday and paid £99 for the wall mount bracket and £110 to their partner company for the professional wall mounting. Despite having had a TV fitted professionally in the same position years ago the installers told us that they couldn't fix it there as it was possible there were wires which we knew wasn't the case but we requested a refund and paid another professional installation company £154 to fit it to the wall today, despite correct installation of the wall bracket and secure fixing the installers had issues with one of the fixings for the back plate but got it to screw in though duw to the TV still wobbling quite badly on the back plate we were advised on the invoice to have the back plate checked. This has been an absolute nightmare for us this weekend as it isn't stable on the back plate it sways back and forth at least 6 inches when on its stand and now we have to chase sky for answers and still haven't got what we have now paid for twice over - a secure, safe to use TV, just really wondered if we are the only ones?
