If you switched from Sky + or Q that is correct. You cannot have the Sky streaming service and the satellite service at the same address, so when the Sky Glass is activated it causes the satellite service to become deactivated.

If you wish to watch the Sky streaming service in multiple rooms you need to add the whole home pack and order a Sky stream puck for each additional TV you wish to watch Sky on.

Also it's worth noting that the number of channels available on the streaming platform is less than the number available on satellite.

It sounds like you have been mis-sold a Sky Glass TV or have not understood how Sky's streaming system works.

You should contact Sky as soon as possible to discuss your options.

You can, if you wish, keep the Glass TV, continue to pay for it on whatever finance agreement term you agreed to, and add the Whole Home subscription to your streaming package. You would need additional Sky Stream pucks to attach to each TV you wish to have the Sky TV service on. There is a £39.95 activation fee for each puck.

Be aware that it is critical that you have fast and stable broadband available in every room you wish to have a Stream puck, otherwise the system simply will not work. It's your responsibility to provide this. Sky Glass and Sky Stream does not have engineer support.

If you were on Sky Q before then you can return the Glass TV and restart your Q subscription to return to the service you had before.

If you were on Sky+ then there's no way to go back to it as Sky+ is now a legacy service which Sky no longer support.

You can, if you prefer it, switch to Sky Q whereby an engineer would attend and check your satellite dish, cabling and can install Sky Q miniboxes for your additional TVs in order to receive the full host of Sky channels.

Also be aware  that you will 2 bills to pay on your  next bill  your  last sky q satellite  bill and your  first sky  stream  bill also you have to send your  sky q equipment back to sky, they should  send you the  package  to do this, but you will  need to get some  to take the satellite dish  down sky don't  take that back
