So had my sky glass TV replaced today but the new one appears faulty. Firstly, on plugging it in it had a black screen with green T and words HDMI 0 and something else D.... Anyway, from that I rebooted TV and it now has a blue screen with Remote control setup but it WILL NOT accept any remote control activation. Is there any override from this screen to get me further into the TV - HELP
or is this definitely a non-starter and I just wait for my new one again in two days!!

That's not the normal customer experience, so I'd give Sky a call. I suspect another replacement will be needed.

That's not the normal customer experience, so I'd give Sky a call. I suspect another replacement will be needed.
