Factory settings

How do I restore my tv boxes to factory settings

@KTBE  The only advice we can give is that if you need to do this call sky and they will talk you through the process 

 

it is unwise for you to try this on your own without the support of sky on the end of the phone as doing it sometimes bricks the device and only sky can reverse it

You only do any factory reset  while speaking  on the phone  to a sky advisor, read what happens  in the settings  about factory  resets and your  account  details

Best idea is to ring Sky and get them to talk you through it in case of issues. Sky don't advise doing a factory reset without their input.

I've done a factory reset on my Gen 2 without ringing Sky,  didn't even have to sign in again to Netflix, had to do it as the microphone button didn't work, everything is fine now hopefully
