I know not F1 but cricket same add to list to watch later but if after match it disappear nd unless you press watch from start while on can not dip in and out defeats object of recording!!!

Yes that's one of the big issues I suffer with as well. When you add things try and do it via the TV Guide.

Also when things are missing / not made available please send an email to viewerR@sky.uk  with the details.

Sky Sports F1 UHD channel has just appeared, currently on 902 but will swap to 406 shortly.

Now that F1 has a dedicated UHD channel hopefully that means all the issues of past races getting cut off etc will be a thing of the past.

Just hope it also means every session of every category, F2 F3 etc also record / available without issue.

I checked 902 and yes was F1 UHD

TV Guide was not listing 902

So I powered off/on both my Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks

After a power off/on

Republic of Ireland

Sky Sports UHD channels in TV Guide is now showing as

901

902 

903

Note

Sky Stream Puck/Sky Glass

406 Sky Stream Puck is F1 UHD  -  902 is F1 HD 

The playlist tick is still showing on the new channel numbers where I had previously added to playlist 

Looks as if Sky have changed the EPG numbers for Sky Sports UHD Channels so might be staying that way

BT Sports Ultimate UHD Channel is still 493

Channel numbers below no longer listed in TV guide after a power  off/on and no longer work if you manually enter with remote

This has not affected any active recordings  so far as it's auto using the new UHD channel numbers with a test I done 

Will be checking in next few days if the new UHD Channel numbers 901/902/903 in EPG going to casue any issues for content previously added to playlist  that was added using 3049/3050

It's not just F1 Channel

3047/3049/3050 Channels are gone

Replaced with 901/902/903

Sky Glass though at the moment  406 is UHD and 902 is HD

406 added to playlist at the moment It's recording 902 HD version not 406 UHD

UK Main Event 401 is  UHD but not in Republic of Ireland

Sky Sports Main Event UHD Channel 3049 is now 901

I think things are looking better this year round, changes that have happened are giving me hope past issues are gone.

Just hope what's learnt with F1 coverage is then applied to other sports so that when you add something to playlist it either cloud records or is made available fast.

Hopefully yeah I do want this system to work as do like the month contracts but will go to Virgin if i have to.

Channel 406 is showing as UHD on my puck connected to a UHD TV but as HD on the two pucks linked to HD sets which is correct. If yours don't a.power down reboot should bring them through. 

Its encouraging that both versions have linked to the series link I put in last season which is for the practice sessions, qualifying the prerace show, the racecand the checkered flag show. Separately I linked Ted's Notebook which is also showing as added on both UHD and HD. Therefore I should be able to watch on whatever unit I want.

Given the UHD coverage is now no longer behind the "red button" it is hoped that over runs should be handled correctly. 🤞

Not sure why moving it to a new channel would fix the over run issue as it still happened on HD only recording last year. It's more to do with how Sky TV sets the cloud recording to the set times of the programs only.

@CardiffMan1992 I dont know tge details but in the past the issues with UHD items being cut off was put down to the fact they used the red button functionality.

Okay will believe it when it happens just seemed to me last year soon as it went past the program specified time and it continued into instead teds notebook it stopped.

Just checked and channel 406 is now F1 UHD. Furthermore the previous 3049 etc. UHD channels are now 901, 902 and 903. Much cleaner and makes much more sense

Has anyone noticed things unlinking and needed adding again?

I added F1, F2 & F3 but F3 doesn't show up in playlist and along with F2 it constantly removes the link.
