Whenever I change channel the subtitles turn on. I've used all the options to turn them off they all work but when I change channel they come back on! Help!

You need to go into settings. Accessibility and turn it off there. We had the same problem for ages and it was driving me mad.. this sorted it..

@Davidt42 assuming you have turned off subtitles in the Settings menu's Accessibility section and have powered down the set by unplugging the mains for 30 seconds and the issue continues call Sky as it is a fault.

@Chrisee Thanks for that, I tried your suggestion of turning off in Accsesibility but still had subtitles on, tuned to Netflix, turned subtitles to English from English with subtitles in Netflix and it worked.

I have had this issues for ages now and still no solution. I have tried the Settings/Accessebility route and still they come back on. Will Sky please help, thanks.
