No offence meant I'm just always interested in what makes people stay with a service provider that they're obviously not happy with

I'm very happy with Sky and glad to help others out with their problems and glad it wasn't our equipment that the cause of the fault was with

Amen to that!  A quick trawl around the internet revealed that the issue was so pervasive that it was unlikely to be a customer subscription or set up problem but I think the 'sky techs' use that as a default position, 'holding pattern' while they investigate

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We did identify an issue with Sky Sports cricket and the red button interactive services failing over the weekend, support teams worked to resolve this as soon as possible.
