Over the last five days our First Generation Sky Glass Playlist fails to display TV shows, Movies and Sports are fine and TV shows are still available via Manage All. When attempting to view TV Shows we get the message 'Let's try that again' or 'Sorry there are no programs of that type available'. I have tried the usual, switching off and disconnecting the TV and Puck, and switching off Broadband to no avail. Is this an ongoing issue, with no current fix? As it appears similar issues have been experienced by others since May, why are we still having this problem?
