EE broadband and Sky Glass App issues

We had 1.6gb fibre broadband installed a few months ago and since then we've not been able to watch any shows on any of the apps (BBCiplayer, Netflix, Paramount, Disney etc etc). Called EE and Sky tech support multiple times without success.

Today though, one chap from EE ( Derek from Falkirk) mentioned parental controls with EE. I looked and lie and behold they were set to the most restrictive. I turned them off and voila, all the apps work. Maybe worth a look if other folk are experiencing the same.
