Dissatisfaction with SKY Glass

Display saying WHOLE HOME REQUIRED. 

 Cannot access any tv programmes. 

do not understand 

 

paid bill absolutely fed up

If you login to your My Sky account online and go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv, what products are listed when under Streaming TV devices?

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer

If you have  more than  one  sky streaming  device, such as a sky glass  tv and a puck, or have 2 pucks, or 2 sky glass tvs  you need  a whole  home subscription

I only have one TV

 

I am speaking to SKY on the phone at the moment . I have managed to get a human to talk to.
