Subscriptions not working

I have bought a sky glass tv but not putting it up until next week. When i put the tv on i am using until then, i am given a message saying my subscription does not cover things like catch up, recordings etc. however I know i have all these items on my account . Is this because everything is switched to sky glass and i can only view subscriptions through that Tv?

If you switched from Sky + or Q to Sky Glass then your previous Sky subscription would have been cancelled as part of the ordering process as you can only have one Sky TV service at an address.
