Not a lot of information to go off. However you need to sign up for it as described here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus

 

If it has been working but now isn't check it's showing in marketplace etc

Hi,

It has been working perfectly before and I am part way through lots of series! But yesterday I wanted to watch the 8th episode of a series having watched 14 episodes before and it says I need to upgrade to watch any more! My sky glass account includes discovery plus basic free of charge.I have also re-linked discovery+ to my sky account.
