If you're changing to Sky Glass your Sky Q box and any mini boxes will have to returned to Sky. You can't run both platforms.

Plus, in addition to above;

To watch Sky in different rooms with Sky Glass/Sky Stream you'll need the Whole Home pack monthly subscription and a Sky Stream puck(s) or extra Sky Glass TV(s).

You can watch on up to three Sky Glass TVs and six Sky Stream pucks at the same time.

Each additional puck will incur a one off cost of £39.95.

First one can often be free.

With the Whole Home pack you can watch on four devices at the same time on the Sky Go app and watch on your games console.

Not if they are mini boxes, you would need to send them back to Sky but you can get Sky pucks that will work with Sky Glass @tez1230
