Cant connect sky glass to router

Got a new router with new provider and sky glass wont connect to the internet

Are you connecting via WiFi? The new router will have a new WiFi name and password. Have you tried inputting these into the Network settings on your Glass TV?

Hi @Lauren125 

 

You need to reset the network connection on your Sky glass: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm

 

And then connect to your new router SSID (WiFi name)
