Cancelling sky glass and going back to sky Q
I have had numerous problems with my sky glass tv,it has been replaced 2 times and now I'm having same problems with the 3rd one.
the quality is poor ,it's always out of sync and rewinds itself 5 mins after you pressed rewind button, so disappointed.

Re: Cancelling sky glass and going back to sky Q
You will need to speak to Sky to arrange this. Depending on the the situation you may need to pay for the TV. If this is the case (i.e you are keeping the Glass TV and using it with a Q box) see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/connect-q-to-glass#:~:text=On%20your%20Sky%20Q%20remote%2C%20press....
The lip sync is a recent known issue. There is a thread on the forum: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass-Live/Speech-out-of-sync-on-Sky-glass/td-p/4831146 - in there you will find form to complete to report the issue to sky, to assist them with a fix. Like with all tech there are things wihich can go wrong, Q certianly tested my patience when i first got it and moved from Sky+.
