Is it possible to purchase a Sky Glass TV from online marketplaces like eBay or Facebay, and then integrate it into an existing Sky Whole Home subscription?
(Info from Sky)
When it comes to adding the purchased Sky Glass TV to your Whole Home subscription, Sky’s policy states that if you’re a Sky Glass or Sky Stream customer in the UK, you can add Sky’s Whole Home service to watch Sky TV in more rooms of your home. It’s currently available for £12 per month on a 31-day rolling contract, meaning you can easily add it or remove it at any time. However, it’s important to note that there might be specific terms and conditions related to adding equipment purchased from third-party sellers, so it’s recommended to check with Sky’s official customer service for the most accurate information.

The answer should be yes, you can add a second hand Glass TV to an existing streaming TV subscription with the addition of the Whole Home pack. But nothing is every really that easy with Sky so, as the blurb recommends, give them a call and speak to "official customer service for the most accurate information" as we are all just fellow customers on here.
