My main Sky Glass TV is saying it cant connect to internet. My internet is working fine and all other linked appliances are working. My puck with my other normal TV is working fine. I have tried doing the rebooting of internet and Sky Glass TV a number of times but this hasnt resolved the issue. Is there any other help that be given? thanks

Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.

@in addition to @Fothergill1 advice you could also try the reset network setting in the settings

Hi both thanks for the response. I tried turning off and on again re the tv and internet. It didn't work entering the internet info by hand so I tried a further time and chose the wps to pick up the internet. That seems to have sorted it. A bit weird it wouldn't accept the manual key but sorted for now. Thanks again
