Hi @salem+1957 You are not addressing Sky on this customer help forum. If you want I can escalate your post to the Community Messaging Team who will invite you to an online chat. They cannot help with taking payments but can help with Direct Debits so it might be worth a try.
Alternatively you can call customer services. If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.
If you have trouble with the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and it will eventually put you through to the Customer Services team.
