Can't sign my credit agreement

I can't sign my credit agreement and everytime i select the option it defaults to a screen which says i should open the app which i have done and are now going round in circles.

@E40 I'd suggest either calling Sky or reaching out to the Sky Help Team accounts via PM on Facebook or X.

Do you have access to a computer? If so try the link in this help article:

If not you will need to speak to Sky as per @MarkGoldsmith advice.

I can't sign my agreement page will not open have tried to reinstall app turn phone off!! Email sky nothing works?
