When cricket is on Skyspme UHD for 2 hours only then switches to sky sports cricket HD because football is on, when we go back to watch it, it has only recorded/downloaded the 2 hours that it was on UHD. If we try to restart the cricket whilst it is playing in HD, it reverts back to UHD and only has a playing time of 2 hours. We tried adding to play list from Sky sports cricket HD but it reverts back to 2 hours in UHD and the rest disappears. We have managed to find a way round of doing it by changing our downloading settings preference to HD rather than UHD. This then appears in our play list in full in HD.
