Coming software error on tv been through all startup ip and still not working

Will not startup ip follow the instructions TV has been find until now when it has asked to update software Will not update. Just saying software error

@Nobby691 try unplugging the Sky Glass for 10 minutes, then plug it back if and see if it gets any further.

@Nobby691 is this part of the initial setup process, or has it all previously worked and then suddenly giving the software error?
