I was watching last night's England vs NZ this morning from my playlist when it abruptly cut off with hours of the match remaining.
I went back into my playlist to find the match again and it had disappeared despite being there an hour earlier. It appears the cloud recordings have been removed???
I've tried on both pucks and it's the same.
Is anyone else experiencing this......and how do we make Sky aware without the horrors of trying to phone them??

The playlist is notoriously dreadful at updating and pointing to the on-demand version on discovery + for sports content.

Why does Discovery+ offer replays of live sports, but Sky doesn't?
The amount I'm paying for Sky I should be able to
