Anyone having difficult receiving subtitles and I contact the customer services desk and they won't talk to me keep sending text messages,.

This mandy hopkins I'm deaf myself that right I want remove movies & kids too I only want keep my tv programme & sports that all please it my choice I never watch movies or kids programme I will watch Netflix that it

@Mandy+6569 you'll need to contact Sky directly. It's not possible to downgrade or cancel via the forum. If you haven't done so already, you might wish to register with Sky's  Accessibility team, as they offer additional contact options.
