Chat disabled

How can I discussed my contract with sky when the chat is disabled?   I rely on this as I'm severely deaf and the contract is ending or has ended so don't want to be charged more!

Sorry, we're trying to fix it but you're right there should be other contact options. I'll let you know if we run into any issues restoring it.

Thanks.  My bill has already gone up by £8 for the next bill so would like this sorted out ASAP.  I appreciate it

If your account is accessibility flagged the full range of options will appear if you sign in to your Sky account online. We're just in the process of sorting the page for everyone else.
