Chat function disabled

Hello,

I have a problem communicating with other Sky players, whether it's through a bench, table or other, even with the friendship level impossible to communicate with them.

I get the message that the chat function is disabled.

I've gone to my settings and the online chat is activated.

I don't know where the problem comes from or how to solve it.

Which game are you referring to? This forum is for Sky UK and ROI customers using Sky's  tv, broadband, phone and mobile services.
