Subtitles repeating the same statement

Streaming Sky News in the U.S. the subtitles (closed caption) do not follow the news script. They repeat partial sentences around six times then go to the next item and start repeating again. How can this be fixed?

Thank you for this. In private chat Sky News told me I had to contact my provider. Sky was no help. I use a Roku device do you?

No, Samsung TV. From the bit of research I've been able to do It appears to be a conflict with the AI that they're using for the subtitles

Problem within Sky News? They are telling me it is a Roku problem. Thanks for the info
