Subtitles on sky glass but signer only available on Sky Q box so I'm paying extra for the box

Hi....if you're hearing impaired you'll be watching subtitles on sky glass but if you want to watch BSL signer it's only available on Sky Q box which means paying extra for the device.

As far as I'm aware, BSL signing is embedded within the broadcast programme, and is independent of the platform you're watching on.

You also can't be paying for Sky Stream/Glass & Sky Q as you just can't have both on the same account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes you're right...spot on but I got 2 accounts for the Glass & Sky Q hence why I need the box to view BSL signer on certain time only.
