Subtitles on bbc content in catch up

My wife and I are both hard of hearing and rely on subtitles.

Disappointed and furious that BBC content released on uktv alibi then available on catch up in the U app or with Sky Stream does not have subtitles.

Two examples are Bookish and Shakespeare and Hathaway series 5.

As a BBC licence payer and a sky customer (neither cheap) I find it appallingly poor accessability service. BBC and Sky are all so keen to display the woke credentials for disabled and disadvantaged viewers but have missed this fundamental service for a large part of the population.

Anyone over 60 is likely to suffer some hearing loss. Sadly the quality of sound reproduction on modern TV despite the technological advances is poor.

Does anyone know who we can highlight this with and for e a rethink on the part of able bodied (hearing) executives making a decision to limit this service. I would happily pay a nominal monthly fee to be able to watch new drama with subtitles without having to purchase and store every episode.
