Sky Glass Subtitles on U

Why is it that subtitles are available on U but when I add one of their programmes to my playlist I cannot get subtitles

Thanks for the information, at least I now know it's it down to me not being able to find the subtitles. It's a shame as there are some good programs on U but I'm not keen to sit through all the ads if watching live.
