Subtitles a Joke

I Don't understand why Sky can be so disrespectful to Customers who have been with them for years, over

20 in my case.

they keep offering new products etc but can't sort out the Subtitles, my Wife needs to use them as do a lot of people.

But they just don't care.

I get emails every day buy this upgrade to this, why not sort out the issues with the Subtitles first

Hi @Bear+1012   Have you got an example of a Sky channel programme without subtitles? I realise that Sky Cinema programmes in HD normally provide subtitles as an alternative to UHD programmes without subtitles.

So you haven't been without them, it's the format that you're not happy with?

Re: Subtitles a Joke

I can't see anywhere in the original post that it was stated they were without subtitles. Don't understand the need to be so snarky in a reply that was already answered by another mod/superuser.
