Subtitles on Sky TV

Sky Max, Sky cinema and box office programs do not have subtitles on - Brassic, Conbra. As hearing impaired, this has ruined my enjoyment of Sky TV. Can I ask why not?

@Sallyh. I get the same but only when watching the +1 channels. It's annoying though, and I don't have to worry about the volume too loud! 

It used to be available on +1 channels, I only recently figured out what the issue was.

I was putting the subtitles on during the season 49 premiere of 'Saturday Night Live' on Sky Comedy (shown October 15th), apparently for the name of Taylor Swift's tour, it was pronounced on the subtitles "errors" instead of "eras".
