I Don't understand why Sky can be so disrespectful to Customers who have been with them for years, over
20 in my case.
they keep offering new products etc but can't sort out the Subtitles, my Wife needs to use them as do a lot of people.
But they just don't care.
I get emails every day buy this upgrade to this, why not sort out the issues with the Subtitles first

It's the Size some programs they are halfway up the Screen, I suppose we get used to Netflix etc.
we now watch all of the BBC on iPlayer as a lot Smaller.

I can't see anywhere in the original post that it was stated they were without subtitles. Don't understand the need to be so snarky in a reply that was already answered by another mod/superuser.
