If you have access to a smart device then an app that uses a touch screen would be perfect as that requires zero pressure, I'm not a Sky Q expert but know Sky+ has such apps but I don't know if there are equivalent for Sky Q
The Sky Q remote has by far the easiest buttons to press. If I sneeze near mine I accidentally change the channels.
If it is too difficult for you, you could look into something like one of the touch screen harmony remotes. There are also Sky Q remote apps for mobile phones.
Have you spoken to Accessibility? There are lots of options being brought in around the latest software update, it may include hardware too. Hope you get it sorted, give them a bell! ☺️
Are you on Sky+ or Sky Q? Do you know which remote you have?
I can't speak to third party options, but Sky do not currently have our own remote control app for Sky Q. Is a mobile app something that would help you?
