High i am at my wits end , my father is the account holder but i have managed to access his online account UNKNOWN to him , he has early signs of Dementia and he is constantly calling 0909 numbers many times a day . I have tried calling Sky to put a block on this but as my father is the account holder they won't do anything about it unless it comes from him , i have had it out with him many times but to no joy as i work away , his last bill was over £1000 , surely this should set alarm bells ringing at Sky. His savings are whittling away by paying these high bills and my mother is unaware of this as she is more or less bed bound , please please i need help to stop this

Yes, please contact our accessibility team. They can also discuss options around giving you more control over the account if that is desirable and applicable.

Re: Service calls 0909
I'm not sure whether Sky can help with this, but if they can, your best bet is to contact the Accessibility team who are best placed to deal with welfare issues: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility
They might be able to put a call spend limit on the account: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/managing-your-sky-talk-bills
