My SKY says that I need to pair the card, yet when I go in the card is already paired. This problem keeps happening with my SKY account and I am so disappointed. This is Friday and I was looking forward to some viewing for the weekend.
Phone numbers don't work with SKY. I feel that I would like to cancel my subscription and now I can't get through.
Very disappointed yet again.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
