My hearing is poor and I have just purchased a SKY Q box and no audioport for hearing aid loop

I have very poor hearing and have just purchased SKY Q and have now discovered there us no audioport for hearing aid loop system   any suggestions how I can attach my loop system

Depending on the kind of induction loop you use, are you able to connect it to your TV's audio output instead of to your Sky Q box?
