Messaging Sky

I cannot talk on the phone so I have emailed Sky a complaint as they have made a mistake on my bill. I had an email back saying my complaint was with the Customer Priority Team, and not to respond to the email but that I could contact them through message and they need to speak to me about my complaint. However for the last 48 hours message has been unavailable despite saying I am within opening hours and that my only option is to call them, which I can't do as I can't physically speak. So how do I get in contact?

They have a number of different contact options.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
