I look after a man with end stage Huntingsons. He cannot speak anymore and we cannot find his accoun

I look after a man with end stage Huntingsons. He is house bound and desperately wants to add all the channels. But he cannot speak and more and we cannot find his account number anywhere! What can we do? I've tried phoning and they cannot hear him .
