Flipper remote vs Sky Q Support

I have a flipper easy large button remote control that is a god send for my elderly mother....... however.....

She still needs to use the Sky Q remote to exit the Home Screen. Can Sky remove the Home Screen or is there anyone on here that has been through this process? She's only just got Sky Q and I wonder whether Sky+ was easier for her.
By the way, I have drawn pictures, used tippex, blanked out buttons etc and she's still managing to not press the exit button! I'm pulling my hair out :((

Thank you for reading my rant 🙂

@Nene44  I'm afraid it's highly unlikely Sky will remove the home screen as it's part of the design.  Sky Q can take some getting used to.  When you 1st go into Sky Q at power up I use the back buttons on the Q remote, does your remote have these?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Flipper remote vs Sky Q Support

I have Sky Q myself and have no issues but my mother, even with the most basic instructions (I've drawn her easy pictures too) is still unable to grasp the back/exit button. The Flipper will be perfect for her abilities and is certainly the best option on the market but it's just the frustration of this little back/exit button.

Perhaps going back to Sky + will be easier?

That's almost certainly not an option,  I'm afraid
