hi.
since august 28th, I have been unable to access the remote record feature through sky.com. when I try to search for a show, the show will still come up, but I am unable to view the list of episodes in the episodes tab (usually it will let me choose the season and episode), and I am also unable to record the show. it just comes up with the overview, and underneath that, a link to "get sky"
I have tried this with a number of shows, vigil, why women kill, buffering and casualty, but it won't work on any show- it just comes up with the same overview with no option to either record or view te list of episodes
wondering if you could fix this. I'm blind and rely on this service to record my programmes

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere are a number of problems with the online TV Guide at present as another member has reported similar issues so this has been fed back to Sky to look into and fix, there is no word on a timescale for this though.
