Re: Elderly user
@Raymick649 The Sky Glass/Stream remotes are designed with accessibility needs in mind, therefore there isn't specifically an accessibility type remote for this system. Sky remote control accessibility features | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Re: Elderly user
Hello,
Sky offers a specific "Accessibility remote control" for its customers. While it is primarily advertised for Sky Q and Sky+ boxes, you should contact Sky's customer service to see if they can provide a version compatible with Sky Glass. This remote is designed to be easier to grip and has larger, high-contrast buttons, which would be ideal for your father's needs. Many third-party manufacturers, such as One For All, create universal remotes with large, simplified buttons specifically for elderly or visually impaired users. You would need to ensure the remote is compatible with Sky Glass. Look for remotes that are "universal" and can be programmed to work with your specific TV and Sky box. Sky Glass has built-in voice control. Your father can simply say "Hello Sky, [and what he'd like to do]". This might be the easiest option, as it completely removes the need to use a remote for many common tasks. He can use voice commands to find shows, change channels, and navigate.
