Asian show subtitles issue
Hello
when watching the show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi on demand, the subtitles are cut off, meaning only first half of the sentence can be seen.
as I rely on subtitles for translation rather than just having it on in general it's important for this to be fixed.

Re: Asian show subtitles issue
Not sure how you know it's an issue on Glass, Stream and Q as you can only be subscribed to one of those.
Sky won't own or be responsible for that channel but if the issue persists I suggest you email the Viewer Relations Team at viewerR@sky.uk

Re: Asian show subtitles issue
I have stream at home, tested it on glass and sky q at other family homes.
as the issue doesn't occur on my iPhone via sky go it's definitely a sky issue that someone needs to look into. It's on any utsav plus show.

Re: Asian show subtitles issue
Then you need to follow the advice in my first post otherwise no one will look at it. Sky can then liaise with the channel owners.
