Neil thank you so much for sorting out my billing issue.

I spoke to you on a Thursday and it was finished and dealt with on the following Tuesday. Showing that you did not forget me and how ever long it took you got the issue sorted.

I would have expected because it took a few days to sort out you would have left it to someone else to deal with but you did not.

I really appreciate the time you gave me and appreciate the conversation we had.

Sky thank you for choosing the right people to deal with us the customers.
