Many thanks to Sean yesterday, who managed to undo the damage the online help desk had done! He was professional, polite and proficient in resolving the issue. Many thanks, great service.

My learning is to never never ever carry out a hard factory router re-set when the help desk tells you to. Does more damage than it solves.
