Best customer service I’ve had in a long time

I can't remember his name but I called to cancel a service. I was seen to within 30seconds. There was no hesitation, no questions, just straight to fixing my query. Great guy with a great attitude on the phone. Will stay with Sky for years if this is what customer service is like!
