Watching TNT sports on my phone

Hi, hoping someone can help. I already have access to TNT sports and sky sports plus discovery + and have no issue watching any of these on my tv. I can watch it all on my phone as well with the exception of TNT sports. I'm receiving an error saying I need to update the subscription. I'm paying a small fortune already and shouldn't have to subscribe again!! Anyone know how I can resolve this please? It's literally driving me nuts!! Thanks

Are you paying Tnt/Bt/Discovery themselves for access to these via your Sky TV service ?

Hi, yes I pay for TNT Sports separately. Discovery + I get through sky.

Then you wouldn't be able to access the channels via Sky Go as you can only do this if you pay for them via Sky. So you would need to use the Discovery+ app instead.

@Laura1974 im just seeking clarity about how you pay because its a bit ambiguous in this thread but will influence how we help. 

• Do you pay for TNT sports via Sky?
• Can you access TNT sports on your Sky guide on your TV?
• Can you confirm you don't pay for Discovery+ separately and you use the package provided by Sky?

or if I got any of that wrong, please clarify.

Unless I'm mistaken it sounds like you have Sky and pay for TNT sports directly with Discovery and not via Sky.

If so you can't use Sky Go to watch the live TNT Sporte channels. What I also suspect has happened is that you have 2 Discovery + accounts ( one you have linked with your Sky account and one that comes as part of subscribing directly with TNt Sports). In this scenario having the 2 discovery + accounts would be normal as the Sky one would give access to discovery + Standard and the one you get for subscribing directly to TNT sports would give you a Discovery + Premoum tier account which has the access to TNT Sports.

This scenario would certainly explained the information provided so far in this thread.

Thanks all - all sorted now! I got on a chat with Discovery + and now I can finally watch TNT Sports from my phone 👍🏽🙏🏽
