Sky sorts football work on the sky mobile app. If you upgrade to tnt sport can you watch this on the sky go app also?

I also have this problem.
I pay for what is now TNT sport through sky, however when I use SKYGO it says I need to upgrade my package?!

Im having the same problem. I pay for tnt sports via sky but can't access it on the sky go app.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Hello. I have also just upgraded my Sky account to include TNT Sports. I can watch the channels via my Sky Q box on TV, but when I try and watch TNT sports via my Sky Go app, I get a message saying 'Something went wrong. To watch this content, please upgrade your subscription.' All other sports channels etc work on my Sky Go app, so I don't understand what the problem is. Any help would be much appreciated.

Update... A few hours after I started my subscription, it is now working on the Sky Go app. I was confused, as when I phoned Sky I was told I wouldn't have access to TNT Sports on Sky Go, as I don't subscribe to Sky Extra. That seemed strange to me, and it transpired that I was being misled.
Anyway, case closed. Thank you.
