Vue tickets

We're sky cinema customers but the free Vue tickets isn't showing on my sky app. Any ideas? Thank you

My June cinema codes are not yet showing on my VIP rewards on Sky app. Spoken to Sky, said possibly later but still not.

They are there so go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.
