Sky vue cinema tickets missing

Worked for me thanks Natalie - I got so frustrated yesterday trying to find them and get help via the chat bot which was impossible!

in the MySky app, Under "rewards for you" @SJRUSS 

where you see an advert for Sky Glass 2, swipe across to the right 3 tiles and for me it's hidden away there

It's still there @SJRUSS but hidden over to the right about 3 tiles. 

where it says "Rewards for you"

for me I had to get to the Sky glass 2 promotion tile then swipe across and it was three tiles to the right

I have just tried to download May's tickets and they are not showing. Does anyone know how to resolve this? We were going to go to the cinema this evening 🤦🏻‍♀️

In your MySky app go to VIP section.

On the Sky 'rewards for you' tile, normally the second one down, you would normally select that tile to bring up the list.

But for some odd reason on that tile swipe left and it shows the rewards in a swiping list, one of those being the VUE tickets.

I thought the Vue tickets apply from Sunday to Thursday so you can't get them for Friday and Saturday screening, unfortunately 

On MySky app for me, it looks redesigned and comes up at the 'rewards for you' app

I have no VUE tickets tried contacting sky got pushed around 5 different departments then got cut off

I spent 2.5 hrs yesterday on the phone. They are completely clueless. None of the staff are aware of the move

theyve just moved it in the app. Go into your rewards and scroll ACROSS not down. They are in there now

Similar situation as last month, I can't see the June tickets in my MySky app. Anyone else having the same issue?

Go to your MySky.

Select VIP section

Go down to the second tile, where it says 'Rewards for you' and instead of selecting the tile, scroll left on the tile to see the selected offers, Vue is one of those.
